These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders placed with Elite Sport Uniform (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, email, phone, or any other channel. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Wire Transfer
• Western Union
• MoneyGram
• Xoom

Other payment arrangements may be available on request; please contact us to discuss.

2. Currency

All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless another currency is specifically agreed upon in writing.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per design and color. We are unable to accommodate single-piece orders below this threshold.

4. Pricing and Quotes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a formal quote has been issued to a customer, that quote will be honored for 30 days from the date of issue.

5. Sample and Design Approval

• Before bulk production begins, a sample may be created for your review and approval.
• Bulk production will only commence after you have approved the sample.
• A non-refundable payment may be required to cover the cost of producing a sample, as agreed with you in advance.

6. Payment Schedule

• A deposit is required before production begins. The deposit amount will be agreed with you on a case-by-case basis depending on order size, order history, and other factors.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the order and before shipment.
• Returning customers with an established payment history may be offered alternative payment terms at our discretion.

7. Payment Due Date

Deposit payments are due within 15 days of the deposit invoice date. Final balance payments are due within 15 days of the final invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Late Payment

• Late payment may delay production and shipment of your order.
• Repeated late payment may affect your eligibility for negotiated payment terms on future orders.
• Timely payment helps us ensure smooth, on-schedule processing and delivery of your order.

9. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is made within 3 days of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests received after production has started may be subject to additional charges to cover costs already incurred (materials, labor, and sampling).

10. Delivery and Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to your final invoice.
• We work to arrange secure, reliable delivery to your specified destination.
• If you have specific shipping preferences, carriers, or requirements, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate them.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation; actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (customs delays, carrier delays, etc.).

11. Taxes and Duties

Unless otherwise specified, quoted prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by their local authorities or customs agencies. Please check with your local tax or customs authority for details on charges that may apply to your order.

12. Credit Terms

We do not offer credit terms. All orders must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in these Terms — deposit before production, and balance before shipment. We do not supply products on credit.

13. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Depending on the circumstances, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement for the affected items.
• To initiate a return, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order, along with photos and a description of the issue.

14. Design and Intellectual Property

• Custom designs (logos, color schemes, names, and numbers) are created based on the specifications you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted to us for production.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed designs and finished products in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Sport Uniform’s liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs, payment processors) beyond our reasonable control.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
