Let’s Talk

Names, Numbers, and Sponsor Logos

Every player name, number, crest and sponsor logo is printed into the fabric in the same pass as the design. No vinyl, no peeling and no limit on colors.

How It Works

  • Send each player’s name, number and size, and every shirt in the order can be different without affecting your minimum.
  • Send your crest and sponsor logos as AI, EPS or PDF. If you only have a photo or a low-quality image, our design team will rebuild it for free.
  • Choose a standard black style, your club’s existing font or a custom style drawn by our studio.

Number height, logo size, font and color-contrast requirements differ between NFHS high school rules, US Youth Soccer, club leagues and age groups. Send your league regulations with your artwork and we’ll draw the mockup to match. Youth competitions often restrict sponsor categories, so check before a sponsor signs.

Minimum Order, Sizing, and Mixed Orders

Small roster or full program, the minimum works the same way: it applies per design, not per size or per player.

How the Minimum Works

  • Per Design: Orders start at 10-15 pieces per design, in any mix of sizes. A roster 22 in sizes S to 3XL is one order line.
  • Small Teams: Ask for a quote if you have less than 10 players.
  • Home, Away and Third Kits: Each is a separate design with its own minimum. Once the home design is approved, our studio recolors it for away and third kits at no extra design cost, and you approve all mockups together.
  • Goalkeeper or Specialty Kits: These count as their own design, but since most teams need only two or three, we quote them as a lower quantity.

Sizing for Every Player

  • Youth, Adult and Women’s Cuts: Youth sizes through adult [XS-5XL] and women’s [XS-4XL] ship in one order, so junior and varsity squads can wear the same kit in properly proportioned fits.
  • Sizing Day: Order a physical sample, 5-7 days and credited toward your bulk order, and let every player try it on. Record each player’s size next to their name and number on one sheet.

Production and Delivery Timeline to the US

Kit orders run on a calendar, not a whim. Work back from your first game, and the safe order date is about 8-10 weeks out. Here is how the timeline breaks down.

From Approval to Your Door

  • Free Mockup: within 24 hours of receiving your crest, colors and sponsors.
  • Optional Sample: 5-7 days plus courier, credited toward your bulk order.
  • Bulk Production: 10-15 business days after you approve the mockup and the roster list.
  • Courier to the US: 8-12 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS, with tracking sent when your order ships.

US Shipping, Customs, and Duties Explained

Import costs are part of your kit budget, so we explain them up front. Here is what to expect when your order ships from Pakistan to the US.

How Your Order Ships

  • Courier: DHL, FedEx or UPS delivers to one address, with a tracking number sent when your order is collected.
  • Packing: Orders are packed by squad, or by player on request, with each player’s jersey, shorts and socks labeled by name and number.
  • Documents: Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

Who Pays Duties

The importer, meaning your club or program, pays US import duties and fees on arrival unless the quotation says otherwise. The courier clears customs and invoices you for the charges. Your final cost is the product price, shipping, and duties.

Duties to Budget for Duties

Duties are charged as a percentage of the declared value of your order. Ask us for a landed-cost estimate with your quote, and add a 5-10% contingency to your kit budget, since rates change. We list the HTS classification on your invoice so the courier and your customs broker can calculate duties accurately.

Reorders and Mid-Season Top-Ups

Rosters change mid-season. New signings, a sponsor swap or a lost jersey shouldn’t mean a mismatched team.

How Reorders Work

  • Artwork on File: We keep your approved design, Pantone color references and size specifications on record, so a jersey ordered in January matches the ones issued in August.
  • Small Top-Ups: We handle top-ups as a lower quantity on request instead of turning them away.
  • Spare Jerseys: Add 2-3 unnumbered jerseys in middle sizes to your main order, and we can apply numbers later for late signings.
  • Sponsor Changes: We swap the logo in your design file and send a revised mockup within 24 hours. The rest of the design stays untouched.

How to Order in 4 Steps

From first message to kit in hand, ordering takes four steps. Most of the work happens in the first two days.

Step 1: Send Your Crest, Colors and Sponsors

Upload your crest (Vector files preferred, but a photo works), your color references or last season’s jersey, and any sponsor logos. Add your sport, and quantity.

Step 2: Approve Your Free Mockup

Receive a digital mockup within 24 hours. Request changes until it’s right, then approve it in writing. Want to check fit and fabric first? Order a sample 5-7 days, credited to your bulk order.

Step 3: Confirm Your Roster

Send one spreadsheet with each player’s name, number and size. We’ll check it against your league rules, and a sizing day before you submit saves reorders.

Step 4: Production and Delivery

Production starts once your mockup, roster list and order are confirmed. Your kit ships by DHL, FedEx or UPS with tracking, and arrives packed by squad or player.

Frequently Asked Questions

Price per jersey depends on the garment, fabric weight, quantity and extras like embroidery or warm-ups. Send your garment list and roster size and we’ll quote a per-piece price, with a landed-cost estimate that includes shipping and duties.

Sublimation uses heat to turn dye into a gas that bonds with polyester fibers, so the design becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. The result is a soft, breathable jersey that doesn’t crack, peel or add weight, whereas vinyl and screen prints can.

Sublimated designs are dyed into the fabric, so they hold up to regular washing and don’t crack or peel like surface prints. For the longest life, wash inside out in cold water, skip fabric softener and avoid high-heat drying.

We ask for a 50% deposit when you approve the mockup and order, with the balance due before shipping. We accept bank transfer, credit card and PayPal, and you’ll see all costs in the written quotation before you commit.

Once production starts, the design, names and sizes are locked because every jersey is made to order. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll tell you what can still be changed before printing begins.

Both work. Send your own concept, crest and colors and our studio builds the design from scratch, or start from one of our templates and customize colors, patterns and trim. Either way you get a free digital mockup to review and revise before anything goes into production.

Conclusion

Custom team uniforms don’t have to be complicated. Send your crest, colors and roster, and we’ll handle the design, printing and delivery, with names, numbers and sponsor logos built into every jersey.
