Elite Sport Uniform is a direct-from-factory custom baseball kit manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, making uniforms for US clubs, travel teams and leagues from just 20 pieces per design. Send your roster, colors and crest, and you’ll get a free digital mockup within 24 hours. After approval, bulk production takes 15-20 business days, and DHL, FedEx or UPS delivers to your door in 10-12 days. Jerseys, pants, caps, undershirts, jackets and bat bags all come in one order, with sublimated or tackle twill lettering. Every order is backed by a free remake on manufacturing defects.
Why US Clubs Order Direct from a Factory?
Most custom baseball uniforms in the US pass through at least two hands before they reach your dugout. A distributor imports or buys blank jerseys, a local decorator adds your names and numbers, and each step adds a margin. When you order direct from a factory, you pay for the uniform, not the chain behind it.
What Changes When You Skip the Middleman
- Lower Cost Per Uniform: There is no reseller or decorator markup on the blank garment. Clubs ordering 20 to 50 jerseys typically see the biggest gap on full sets, where jerseys, pants, caps and bags are bundled.
- One Factory, One Color File: Jerseys, pants, socks, caps and jackets are cut, dyed and embroidered in the same place from a single approved Pantone reference. Your navy matches across every piece, and it matches again when you reorder next season.
- Twill and Sublimation Under One Roof: Sewn tackle twill script on the chest and sublimated numbers on the back come from the same production line, so there is no second supplier and no shipping blanks back and forth.
- Direct Line to the People Who Make It: Your mockup, revisions and defect reports go to the factory team, not a sales rep relaying messages. Changes get made faster because nobody is in between.
- Lower Minimums: Many US decorators want larger runs on custom-cut work. A 10-piece minimum per design suits a single squad, with mixed youth and adult sizes counting together.
The Trade Off
Ordering from Pakistan takes longer than ordering from a shop down the road. Allow 15-20 business days for production plus 5 to 10 days for courier delivery, and add time for your own approvals.

Let’s TalkWhat We Make in Baseball Uniform
Every piece below is made in our Sialkot factory and ships in one consignment, so the full roster arrives dyed from the same approved color file.

| Pants and Knickers | Heavy polyester knit or twill | Piping, braid, hip logo | 10 pcs |
| Compression Undershirts | Polyester-spandex, 240-300 GSM | Sublimated sleeves or logo | 10 pcs |

| Caps | Structured six-panel | Embroidered logo | 10 pcs |
| Dugout and Pitcher’s Jackets | Performance fleece, 240-300 GSM, or shell | Embroidery | 10 pcs |
| Bat Bags | 600D polyester or 420D nylon reinforced base | Embroidered or printed logo | 10 pcs |
Jersey Styles and Decoration
The jersey closure defines the look of a baseball uniform, so choose the style first and the color second. We cut every style from the same pattern blocks, which means a club can mix styles in one colorway without any change in fit.
Jersey Styles
- Full Button-Down: The traditional game uniform for home and road. Works with sublimated pinstripes, twill script across the chest and an embroidered crest.
- Two-Button Henley: A short placket that is quicker to dress in. Suits game or practice wear.
- Sleeveless Vest: A hot-weather game option or alternate set, worn over a contrast undershirt.
- Three-Quarter Raglan: A pullover with contrast sleeves, popular for batting practice, warm-ups and supporter wear.
- Pullover Crew or V-neck: No closure, and a common choice for youth and rec leagues with full sublimation.
Sublimation vs Tackle Twill vs Embroidery
| Sublimation | Tackle Twill | Embroidery | |
| Look | Flat, full color, any design | Raised, stitched, traditional | Textured thread detail |
| Durability | Will not crack, peel or fade | Very durable, stitched on | Very durable |
| Feel | Lightweight, no added weight | Heavier | Slightly heavier |
| Best for | Pinstripes, gradients, names, numbers | Chest script and back numbers | Crests on caps, jackets, polos |
Sublimation dyes the design into the polyester before the jersey is sewn, so pinstripes and numbers last through a full season of washing. Tackle twill gives the uniform the classic look of the professional game. Because we apply both in-house, you can put a twill team name on the front and sublimated numbers on the back of the same jersey, with no second supplier involved.
Meets US League Rules
Every US league sets its own uniform rules, and a mockup that looks perfect can still be rejected at the first inspection. Check the handbook before you approve a design. We build to the rules your league gives us, and the free mockup is where we catch problems before anything is cut.
Leagues We Produce For:
- Little League
- Babe Ruth / Cal Ripken
- USSSA
- Perfect Game and travel ball
- High school (NFHS)
The Rules That Most Often Trip Up a Design:
- Numbers: Size, placement and whether every player needs a unique number.
- Pinstripes and patterns: Some youth leagues limit them to home uniforms or restrict them altogether.
- Home and away colors: Many leagues expect a light home set and a grey or colored road set.
- Sponsor patches: Limits on size, number and placement, especially in school and youth play.
- Matching requirements: Pants, socks and caps often have to match across the whole team.
Send us your league name and rulebook, or just the relevant page. We check number size, color and sponsor placement against it when we prepare your mockup. Because every set shares one cut, number font and crest file, your home, road and alternate uniforms stay consistent all season.
Pricing and MOQ
Every roster is different, so we quote each order individually rather than publish a price list. The quote is free, and it arrives with your digital mockup, usually within 24 hours.
Minimum order: 10-15 pieces per design. Mixed youth and adult sizes count together, and a small club needing a partial run can ask about lower quantities.
What Shapes Your Price:
- Order Size: The more pieces in a design, the lower the cost per piece.
- Fabric Weight: Heavier knits and twill pants cost more than lightweight mesh.
- Decoration: Tackle twill lettering costs more than sublimation because it is cut and stitched.
- Extras: Piping, braid, woven labels and individual player packing add to the total.
Ways to Keep the Cost Down:
- Choose full sublimation for rec and youth teams.
- Bundle jerseys, pants, socks and caps in one order.
- Keep one design across age groups, changing only the crest colour or sponsor.
- Brief in the off-season so you avoid express fees.
A physical sample is made in 5-7 days at sample cost, which is credited against your bulk order.

What to Send in Your First Message
A spreadsheet with player name as it should print, number, jersey size, pants size and cap size, plus your crest as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and your Pantone references or a photo of an existing garment. A photo of last season’s jersey is enough to start.

Shipping, Duties and Landed Cost to the US
Your uniforms ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS from Sialkot to your club address in 5-10 days. We prepare the export documents at the factory, and the courier handles customs clearance.
What the Club Pays on Arrival
- Import duty: Charged by US Customs on the declared value of the goods. The rate depends on the product classification and current trade policy.
- Courier clearance fees: Some couriers add a brokerage or handling fee.
- Sales tax: Where your state applies it.
Two Ways to Pay
- Standard: You pay duty and fees to the courier on delivery.
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): We quote one all-in price, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Ask for this in your request.
US tariffs on apparel have changed several times in recent years, so we confirm the duty position when we issue your quote and tell you what to expect before you approve. Ask for a landed-cost figure alongside your mockup.
Size Guide and Youth Grading
Baseball rosters rarely fit one size range, so we make it simple to order for mixed ages in a single design.
Adult XS-5XL and graded youth sizes. We grade youth sizes from the adult pattern, so a youth uniform and an adult uniform in the same design share the same proportions, placket and number placement, scaled to the player’s chest measurement.
How to Measure Your Players
- Chest: Around the fullest part, under the arms.
- Waist and inseam: For pants and knickers.
- Head: For fitted caps
Add each measurement to your roster spreadsheet beside the player’s name and number.
Measurements on finished garments can vary by ±1-1.5 cm from the size chart. This is a normal manufacturing tolerance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Each team sends its own roster and colour choice, and we make a mockup per team. Teams are packed and labelled separately, and each design should meet the 20-25 piece minimum.
Yes. Your artwork, Pantone references and size specification stay on file, so a top-up is made to the same specification. Quantities below the minimum can be quoted on request.
Send what you have. Our design team can redraw a low-resolution crest as part of the free design service. A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest embroidery and twill edges.
We match your colours to a Pantone reference at the mockup stage and keep it on file. When you reorder or add an alternate jersey later, we use the same file.
Yes. We offer woven club labels and can pack each player’s kit in an individual polybag, or pack in bulk by size. Both are confirmed in your quote.
No. Made-to-order uniforms carrying your crest can’t be returned for change of mind. Manufacturing defects are covered by our Quality Guarantee, so approve your mockup and roster carefully.
